Central Coast Local Health District seeks an Employee Relations Consultant to join our Employee Relations team. You will provide expert advice across employment and industrial relations, helping leaders navigate workforce issues with confidence and supporting fair, compliant decision-making.

You will handle performance and conduct matters, workplace investigations, grievances and disputes, and contribute to workforce initiatives that support our people and our services.

Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join our Employee Relations team. In this role, you'll provide expert advice across a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, helping leaders navigate workforce issues with confidence and supporting fair, consistent and compliant decision-making.

No two days are the same; from performance and conduct matters to workplace investigations, grievances, disputes and organisational change, you'll be involved in a diverse mix of work that offers both challenge and variety. You'll build strong relationships across the District, work closely with union representatives and contribute to workforce initiatives that support our people and our services.

About You

You're an experienced IR/ER, Employment Law or HR professional who combines sound judgement with a practical and collaborative approach.
