Job summary

Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Director Administrative Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Clinical Director and leadership group. The role focuses on efficient department operations, document preparation, and meeting coordination.

The position is part-time, temporary until July 2027, based in Gosford, with a fixed weekly 32 hours and a salary in the upper mid $70k range annual.

  • Experience preparing professional documents, reports, and accurate meeting minutes.

About the Opportunity

As a Clinical Director Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Clinical Director, Medical Leadership group and Site Coordinator of Training (SCOT) within Central Coast Mental Health Services.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient and effective departmental operations.
  • Coordinate priorities, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute documents, reports, correspondence, and meeting records.
