Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.

• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Help keep the building clean, functional, and well-presented.
