Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is hiring Educators to nurture children's imagination and growth in a supportive team. You will contribute to curriculum delivery, documentation, and inclusive play experiences that respect diverse backgrounds.

Rotating shifts may start early and finish late; you will work under strong Educational Leader guidance and benefit from development opportunities and staff wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children Check (state-specific).
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) and child safety training.
• Availability for rotating shifts from early morning to late afternoon.

Responsibilities

• Care for, nurture and support children's learning and development.
• Collaborate with Educators to meet curriculum and documentation standards.
• Develop learning experiences through play and inquiry.
• Build genuine connections with children and families.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and program improvement.

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
