Responsibilities

Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity at Star of the Sea School.
Demonstrate use of data to inform teaching programs and outline how this informs student extension.
Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary and inclusive pedagogies focusing on student engagement.
Foster a positive learning environment prioritising wellbeing and social-emotional learning.
Influence high-quality teaching and learning beyond the classroom.
Develop collaborative relationships with students, staff, families and the broader community.
Commit to ongoing professional growth and willingness to implement new initiatives.
