Job summary

Youthworks is seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our Springwood team. You will oversee all catering operations, including staffing, menu planning and HACCP compliance, to ensure quality service from start to finish.

This casual role involves early and late shifts, rotating Monday to Sunday based on client group occupancy, with an award wage and a team-oriented working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking for large groups (50+ people).
• Committed Christian active in local church.
• Friendly, relatable and hospitable.
• Strong work ethos and self-motivation.
• Willing to contribute to improving systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations including staffing and food service.
• Plan menus and develop products within budget guidelines; ensure HACCP compliance.
• Order and manage stock/inventory (food and equipment) within budget.
