Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Adelaide is seeking a casual Catering Attendant to help keep inflight service running smoothly and flights stocked for passengers on top airlines.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, support a collaborative operations team, and adhere to food safety and HACCP standards. Full ongoing Australian working rights are required, with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, incl. National Police Check and medical assessment.
• Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays) and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in chilled and refrigerated environments
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Food hygiene knowledge (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Disassembling airline carts and loading equipment into commercial dishwashers.
• Unloading dishwashers and ensuring all equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Reassembling airline carts and distributing stock to operational work areas.
• Handling food waste, general waste, and bonded goods in line with company procedures.
• Performing manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying, throughout the shift.
• Following all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety policies, including HACCP, IFSA, and QSAI standards.

Join our Adelaide team as a casual Catering Attendant and play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for passengers onboard some of the world’s top airlines. Working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, you will be part of a collaborative team ensuring flights are fully stocked and ready for service.
