Cater Care is seeking a friendly and reliable catering team member for our Eight Mile Plains aged care site. This permanent part-time role offers consistent evening shifts and a supportive team focused on delivering quality meals and service to residents.

You will prepare and serve meals, assist with kitchen tasks, and provide warm, respectful guest service in a resident-centered dining environment. Public transport access and onsite parking are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or kitchen roles, preferably in aged care.
• Caring, resident-focused approach.
• Good communication and customer service with ability to work in a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals with care, helping residents enjoy a positive dining experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a catering, food service or kitchen role, ideally in an aged care or healthcare setting
• A caring, resident-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting older Australians
• Good communication and customer service skills, with a hands-on approach to kitchen duties
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work additional shifts when available
• A willingness to obtain a National Police Check and maintain a current flu vaccination, as required for the role
