Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and catering within aged care, healthcare or large-scale settings.
• Understanding of infection control, food safety and cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of manual handling and equipment maintenance.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritisation abilities.
