Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited – Medirest in Melbourne is seeking a Catering Assistant for a permanent part-time position at Ivanhoe. The role offers a guaranteed 16 hours+ per fortnight and pays $27.09 per hour.

You will assist with general kitchen duties under the Site Manager, handle food preparation with allergen knowledge, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed. You’ll maintain a clean, welcoming service style and contribute to a fast-paced team with strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous catering assistant experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to work unsupervised.
• Outgoing personality with great communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team.
• Working With Children Check holder (or willing to obtain).

THE POSITION
