Job summary

BaptistCare Maranoa is seeking Catering/Servery Assistants on a casual and part-time basis at the Alstonville location to present and deliver nutritious meals to residents. You will join a large team dedicated to making a difference in residents' lives, with AM and PM shifts available.

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus superannuation, penalties, and salary packaging options. There is a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen/servery experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with work health and safety practices.
• Ability to work unsupervised and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience in aged care is desirable.
• Good communication and team collaboration.

About the Role:

BaptistCare Maranoa is seeking Catering/Servery Assistants on a Casual and Part-Time basis to present and deliver high-quality nutritious meals to our residents. You will enjoy working in a large team who are committed to making a difference in the lives of residents.

There are a variety of AM and PM shifts available

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $27.77 - $29.98/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous kitchen/servery experience in a similar role
• Understanding of work health and safety practices
• Ability to work unsupervised and take on physically demanding tasks
• Previous experience in aged care (desirable)
• Willingness to work as part of a busy, friendly team
• Strong focus, positive attitude and is well organised
• Excellent communication skills
