Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Category Systems Coordinator on a fixed-term contract through to September 2027. You will support data governance, SKU induction, product updates and ongoing data maintenance across Coles systems.

Reporting to the Data Governance Manager, the role focuses on accuracy, compliance, stakeholder collaboration and process improvement within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organised
• Experience in data entry, customer service or retail advantageous
• Intermediate Excel skills desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product data across core retail systems
• Ensure key product information is accurate and compliant
• Partner with Category teams, internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Support bulk updates and ongoing attribute maintenance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
