Job summary

KIVARI, a Sydney-based fashion brand, is seeking a Casual Warehouse Assistant for our Freshwater warehouse. You will help receive, store, and fulfill orders with care and accuracy, contributing to a smooth customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring pick & pack experience or a willingness to learn, familiarity with Shopify or Indigo8, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. Regular hours from our Freshwater office.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and organising incoming stock
• Maintaining accurate inventory and labelling systems
• Picking and packing orders with speed, precision, and quality control

As our Casual Warehouse Assistant, you'll be part of the engine room that powers the KIVARI customer experience. You'll support the daily operations of our Freshwater-based warehouse - from receiving and storing product to fulfilling orders with care and accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
