Job summary

All About Caring is seeking Vietnamese-speaking Disability Support Workers for casual shifts in Liverpool, NSW. You will assist clients with daily living, personal care, community access and household tasks, while following each client’s support plan.

Flexible weekend and evening rosters, long shifts, and a referral bonus program are included. Ideal candidates hold NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, current First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese-speaking disability support workers required.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current WWCC.
• First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Driver license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to clients with daily routines and skills in group home and community to encourage independence.
• Follow Clients Support Plans and perform tasks within scope of duties.
• Provide high intensity supports per Clients Support Plans (e.g., bowel care, enteral feeding, dysphagia, ventilator, urinary catheter support).
