Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- GP vet clinic experience preferred
- Confident across reception, consults, and surgical nursing
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care
- Calm, organised and flexible mindset
Responsibilities
- Hospital nursing: treatment of hospitalised patients, support the surgical caseload and vet consultations
- Surgical nursing: admission/prep, anaesthetic monitoring, recovery and surgical support for procedures from desexing to orthopaedics and emergencies
- Client care & reception: patient check-ins, triage, client communication and front-of-house support
