City of Port Phillip is seeking a casual nurse to deliver vaccines at community sessions, schools and events from St Kilda Town Hall. You will provide a high level of customer service with a caring, gentle approach while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

You will administer vaccines under the National Immunisation Program, maintain cold chain and safety standards, and provide immunisation advice.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Knowledge of immunisation best-practice and CPR accreditation.
• Working with Children’s Check.
• Satisfactory National Police Check.

Responsabilités

• Administer vaccines in accordance with the National Immunisation Program and council policies.
• Maintain cold chain management and safety standards.
• Provide evidence-based immunisation advice to clients.
• Manage emergencies in line with legislation and best practice.
