Job summary

New Haven Farm Home is hiring Disability Support Workers on a casual basis with opportunities for permanent roles for the right people. Shifts include Day, Afternoon and Overnight across Freemans Reach and Richmond, NSW.

You will support residents with personal care, medication, community participation and daily living skills in our homes, with transport in company vehicles. We value caring, reliable individuals who are team players and committed to helping others.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Previous disability support experience or tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field are highly regarded, but not essential.
• Local applicants who can assist with additional shifts when needed are preferred.
