Job summary

Community Support Incorporated (CSI) is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist older Australians and people living with disabilities at home. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments and engaging social activities, with training for complex needs where required.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
• Genuine passion for supporting people living with disability and older Australians.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent).
• Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred).
• Smartphone compatible with company systems and applications.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current National Police Check (issued within the last six months).
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care for clients.
