Job summary

Community Support Incorporated is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in South Australia. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance and transport support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Roles include assisting with daily living activities and offering companionship, with comprehensive training provided for complex or high-needs care.

Qualifications

• Must have caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
• Experience in disability or aged care preferred.
• Must have smartphone compatible with company systems.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current National Police Check (issued within the last six months).
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent)
• Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
• A smartphone compatible with company systems and applications
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• A current National Police Check (issued within the last six months)
• A current First Aid Certificate
• A valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
