Kaisercraft Pty is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to lead and develop our new team in Wonthaggi on a casual, temporary-site basis. This role supports the store while it grows and requires strong leadership and customer service.

You will recruit, train, roster and coach a small team, drive exceptional customer experiences, maintain immaculate store presentation and assist in promotions and stock management to help meet monthly targets.

Qualificações

• Experience managing a team and leading by example.
• Ability to coach and train staff to deliver high performance.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsabilidades
