Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and meet monthly budgets.
• Prepare and manage employee rosters.
• Recruit, select and train team members.
• Develop and coach a small team to perform at a high level.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to help customers choose the best items.
• Support stock control, loss prevention and stock takes.
• Ensure store presentation is immaculate with visual merchandising.
