Job summary

Presbyterian Ladies' College Melbourne seeks coaches across a variety of sports for casual opportunities at our cutting-edge Sports, Aquatic & Fitness Centre, the Joan Montgomery Centre.

You will coach, mentor, and develop young people with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Requirements include Level 1 Coaching accreditation and current First Aid/ CPR certificates. Hours include mornings and afternoons, Monday to Saturday, in a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 1 Coaching accreditation.
• Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates.
• Relevant experience coaching sport and mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor students across a variety of sports.
• Deliver coaching sessions at PLC's Joan Montgomery Centre.
• Casual opportunities with shifts mornings, afternoons and some evenings, Monday to Saturday.

THE ROLE

What is your area of sport coaching expertise? Whether it's soccer, netball, volleyball, basketball, or another sport, we are looking for coaches across a variety of sports for casual opportunities at PLC.

Opportunities on offer are casual. Hours of work include morning and afternoon / evening shifts, spread across Monday to Saturday.

ABOUT YOU

You will have relevant qualifications and experience in your selected sport, along with the passion needed to coach, mentor, and develop young people in your field. You’ll bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, and your caring and encouraging nature will be at the forefront of your interactions with our students.

You are a strong team player, with demonstrated professionalism, reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude to your work.

As a requirement of this role, you will need to hold a Level 1 Coaching accreditation, a current ‘Provide First Aid’ certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR certificate (HLTAID009).
