Casual role in the sports industry as a Casual Sport Programs Officer at AUSISO! If you're passionate about sport and want to make a real impact in your community, we would love to hear from you.

The Australian International Sports Organisation Pty Ltd (AUSISO) established in 2018 is a business in the sports industry who pioneers sport for social change and our mission is to drive organisations to achieve their objectives through sport.

We are looking for team members in Logan Central (QLD) and surrounding regions. We are looking for individuals who can start in October 2026 and onward.

AUSISO covers all areas of NSW and work is available close to each team members place of residence.

Gain experience in the sports industry across a variety of sectors as a paid casual employee at schools, educational institutions, businesses and not-for profit organisations.

Position Duties:

Plan and deliver high quality sport and education programs, events and experiences for our specific clientele.

Deliver and coach basic skills across a variety of sports (we are a multi-sport organisation).

Ensure set up and pack down of equipment to maximise participant engagement.

Ensure prompt arrival and sign in processes are completed.

Engage professionally with external staff and organisations.

The role involves travel to various locations to deliver our programs.

Ensure a positive brand image of AUSISO when engaged in employment.

Requirements:

Current and valid Working with Children Check or state based equivalent (paid/employee version).

Current and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Current National Police Check.

Current and valid Drivers Licence (is desirable, but not essential).

Coaching accreditation from a State or National Sporting Organisation (is desirable, but not essential).

Staff Delivery Expectations:

Command — Ability to control and lead the session independently.

Teaching — Ability to explain activities and give meaningful feedback to students.

Engagement — Ability to make sessions genuinely enjoyable and age-appropriate.

Professionalism — Expected standard for all staff, including punctuality.

Available Work:

We have work available from Monday to Friday, predominantly between the hours of 8am and 4pm

This is a great casual role for someone looking to gain experience in the sport industry, who is currently studying or is an aspiring athlete as hours are flexible and we can work around existing commitments.
