Job summary

Constant is actively seeking experienced Security Officers to join the team to work at Luna Park, Sydney on a casual basis. This role will be ensuring the safety and security of the staff and public at one of Sydney's most high-profile venues.

Responsibilities include hourly patrols, crowd control, incident response, CPR, and accurate incident reporting. Availability across days, nights & weekends is required.

Qualifications

• NSW Security License (Class 1A) is required.
• Current NSW First Aid & CPR is required.
• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is required.
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly patrols of the venue and assist customers as needed.
• Ensure crowd control measures are in place when required.
• Respond to incidents to keep staff and the public safe.
• Proactively monitor for intoxicated individuals and uphold RSA guidelines.
• Respond to and investigate alarms.

Responsibilities;

• Conducting hourly patrols of the venue providing support to customers where required, ensuring excellent customer service
• Ensuring crowd control measures are in place as and when required
• Responding to incidents, ensuring the safety of the staff and public
• Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, ensuring RSA legislation and guidelines are upheld.
• Responding to and investigating alarms
• Providing medical assistance including CPR as required
• Completing accurate and thorough incident reports

To be considered for the above role you will need to be available to work across days, nights & weekends.

Requirements;

• NSW Security License (Class 1A)
• Current NSW First Aid & CPR
