The Salvation Army is seeking Casual Sales Assistants to join our Salvos Stores team in Bendigo, VIC. You will help customers, operate POS, price donated goods, and support merchandise presentation across multiple store locations including Bendigo (Whip Court), Kangaroo Flat, Strath Hill and Epsom.

We value enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn, with a rotating roster that includes Saturdays. Retail experience is desirable but a positive attitude is key.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and community-minded Casual Sales Assistants to join our Salvos Stores team. We are interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping others. Reporting to the Area Manager, this casual role requires flexibility to work across our Bendigo (Whip Court), Kangaroo Flat, Strath Hill and Epsom stores.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly and welcoming customer service to every customer
• Assisting with retail sales and operating Point of Sale systems
• Sorting, pricing and preparing donated goods for sale
• Helping create attractive store displays and visual merchandising
• Maintaining store presentation and stock levels
• Working collaboratively with team members and volunteers
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Demonstrating The Salvation Army's values in your daily work

You’ll be someone who:

Retail experience is desirable however if you have the right attitude and a passion for people, we'd love to hear from you.
