Job summary

General Pants is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant for our Shellharbour store. You’ll be the face of the GP brand, creating genuine customer connections and driving sales through product knowledge.

You will contribute to store presentation, adhere to banking and cash handling procedures, and support loss prevention. A friendly, team-first attitude and experience in customer-facing roles are essential.

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand's most iconic fashion retailers, and we're looking for an energetic Sales Assistant to bring the GP brand to life in our Shellharbour store. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the brand - creating genuine customer connections, driving sales through your product knowledge, and bringing energy and passion to every shift.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating a genuine and positive experience for every customer who enters the store
• Building strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers and drive salesTaking personal accountability for your KPIs and contributing to store sales targets and results
• Processing sales transactions accurately and in line with GP banking and cash handling procedures
