About The Role

What You'll Be Doing

1. Customer Experience

• Get to know what customers are after, share our product knowledge and brand story, and suggest the right fit and related products
• Close the sale and work towards personal and team sales targets and KPIs
• Handle refunds, exchanges and customer queries in line with our returns policy
• Book customers in for in-store events and activations

2. Store Operations

• Help with opening and closing and store presentation
• Support daily operational tasks
• Support our Customer Care team during key trading periods when needed

• Experience in retail or customer service
• Confidence approaching customers and building rapport
• Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods, including the lead-up to Christmas and major sale events
