Autobarn is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and help customers get road-ready with friendly service and product knowledge. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the team to hit store targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No car expertise required—passion for service, teamwork and making a difference are what we look for. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a can-do attitude.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact!You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we’re looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.
