Job summary

The Cut Sydney is seeking casual Runners and Section Waitstaff to join The Cut Bar & Grill, a premium, hatted steakhouse in The Rocks. The team is passionate about exceptional service and great food, with a focus on a lively, professional atmosphere.

Candidates should have experience in premium venues, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to work well in a team. RSA is required, and availability includes Friday and Saturday nights for at least 20 hours per week.

We're on the hunt for passionate Runners and Section Waitstaff to join the award-winning team at The Cut Bar & Grill – a premium, hatted steakhouse located in the heart of The Rocks.

As part of the Hunter Street Hospitality group (home to icons like Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, and Saké), The Cut is known for its mouth-watering prime rib, exceptional service, and lively, professional team.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a premium or hatted venue


• Confidence in delivering an exceptional guest experience


• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills


• Minimum 20 hours availability (including Friday & Saturday nights)


• Valid RSA
