Job summary

Newly By Healthcarelink Support is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join an aged care team in Belmore/Campbelltown, NSW on a casual basis. The role offers flexible hours and remuneration based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
• Aged care experience is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of documentation and medication management.
• Current police check and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals.
• Support residents with their daily healthcare needs.
• Follow aged care policies, procedures and relevant clinical standards.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and quality of life.
