Job summary

Bared Footwear in Sydney is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Associate to join our Sydney CBD team. You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for fashion. You’ll be the first to know about the next trend and help customers with style advice and product recommendations.

We value sustainability as a core part of our brand and provide opportunities for learning and career development in a supportive environment. Weekend and late-night availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and fashion is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to gain strong product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service to multiple customers.
• Confidence to style customers and introduce new products.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to work collaboratively with team members
• Experience in the retail and fashion industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain strong product knowledge
• Able to multitask and provide excellent customer service to multiple customers
• Have the confidence to style customers and introduce them to new products
• Passion to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives
• Driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand - sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we're a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are
• Availability to work weekends and late nights.
