Crown Pool Superstore is seeking a friendly Casual Team Member for its busy pool shop in Queensland. The role involves 2–3 days per week with one weekend shift, and full training will be provided. You will help customers, handle enquiries, and support the team with everyday shop duties.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and comfortable using basic software. This is a flexible, introductory retail position with opportunities to learn about pool products.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Availability to work 2–3 days per week including weekends.
• Able to work in a busy retail environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Assist office staff using Xero, Vend and Gmail.
