Job summary

Cardamom Cleaning Services is seeking reliable cleaners to join our team in Perth. We service homes and businesses with eco-conscious, family-friendly cleaning, maintaining high standards and respect for clients' homes and families.

Roles are part-time (15–30 hours/week), Monday–Friday during business hours. Training is provided, with equipment, products and uniforms supplied, plus travel reimbursement where applicable. Opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over.
• Experience in cleaning, preferably residential.
• Own a reliable car and driver’s licence.
• Australian working rights.
• Ability to travel between client locations.
• Police clearance.
• Willing to learn and take feedback.
• Can work at least 3 weekdays during business hours.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive.
• Communicate well and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential sites and some commercial premises to a high standard.
• Visit client homes and businesses across Perth.
• Work independently or with a team.
• Travel between client locations as needed.
• Receive training and ongoing support.

What We're Looking For:

• Are 18 or over
• Enjoy working with pets and children
• Love cleaning and take pride in your work
• Have previous cleaning experience, preferably residential
• Are reliable, punctual and take initiative
• Have great attention to detail
• Are willing to learn and take feedback
• Communicate well and work independently
• Are comfortable travelling between client locations
• Can work at least 3 weekdays during business hours
• Have your own reliable car and driver's licence
• Have valid full Australian working rights (WHV need not apply)
• Can provide a police clearance

And DO NOT WANT Full time hours.

What To Expect:

Most of our work is residential cleaning, with some commercial work.

You’ll visit client homes and businesses across Perth and work to a high standard. Some jobs are independent, while others are with a team member.

You will have access to a storage unit to top up products etc. when required, and to maintain your kit and machinery.
