Job summary

Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking radiographers to join the Medical Imaging team on a casual basis, offering flexible hours across sites within MLHD.

This role suits an all‑round radiographer with ability to travel, work at multiple sites, maintain safety and patient care, and participate in QA/Accreditation activities.

You will need an AHPRA registration, NSW EPA licence, a degree in Medical Imaging, and willingness to travel. Applications close 12 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Imaging from a recognised University.
• Registration with AHPRA Medical Radiation Practice Board.
• Current NSW EPA Radiation Licence.
• Senior radiographer with clinical expertise; hospital setting preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work across MLHD sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical imaging examinations according to established protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and dignity, uphold confidentiality and code of conduct.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, medical officers, senior facility management, patients and MLHD Departments.
• Assist in the production and maintenance of Quality Assurance, Accreditation and Continuous Improvement procedures.
• Provide high standard of patient care, managing time and organisational constraints.
