Hunter Valley Private Hospital, Shortland, is seeking a skilled Radiographer to join their small dedicated team on a casual basis to perform Diagnostic Radiography in the theatres and general department, supporting clinicians as requested.

You will contribute to a high-quality patient care environment, participate in WHS and quality initiatives, maintain a professional development portfolio, and receive training. Experience in pain management is desirable but not essential.

Qualificações

• Current Registration with AHPRA is required.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Works well independently and within a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Theatres using Philips Zenition 70 Image Intensifier for Pain Management and BV Pulsera II for Gastroenterology, Orthopaedics and General Surgery.
• General X-Rays in department including mobile X-Rays on the Wards.
• Breast specimens.
• Maintaining the smooth running of the Department, whilst collaborating with clinicians to undertake procedures as requested.
• Active role in WHS and Quality initiatives to ensure a safe work environment and accreditation.
• Maintain a professional development portfolio with a commitment to ongoing learning.
