Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Sydney is seeking a Casual Pool Attendant/Lifeguard to join a dynamic team. You'll work poolside at a premium 5-star facility, delivering memorable member experiences and maintaining high safety and service standards.

Required: Current Senior First Aid, RLSSA Lifeguard Award (advantage), proven front-of-house experience, and a neat, professional appearance. Flexible hours and days are available to suit the club schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Senior First Aid certificate is required.
• RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award is advantageous.
• Experience in a forward-facing customer environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed member expectations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of change rooms and pool surrounds.
• Perform pool chemical tests and monitor controllers.
