Job summary
Ramsay Pharmacy Wyalla Plaza in Toowoomba is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for a casual, rotating roster including weekend shifts. You will work closely with our qualified Pharmacists, provide friendly customer service, handle stock, answer enquiries by phone, and assist with receiving and processing prescriptions, with opportunities to develop CPAP knowledge.
You will have prior experience in a pharmacy or retail environment; Certificate II in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 are desirable but not
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment.
- Certificate II in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential
- A friendly, customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively to deliver excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers.
- Receive and put away stock.
- Answer customer enquiries by phone.
- Assist with receiving and processing prescriptions.
- Develop knowledge and skills in CPAP products and services.
