About the role

We are seeking casual aged and disability support workers with a driver’s license and access to a vehicle to join our growing team. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 7 am – 6 pm, with opportunities on weekends.

You will assist clients at home and in the community with tasks such as:

  • Transport
  • Shopping
  • Personal care
  • Companionship
  • Meal preparation
  • Social and community access
Qualifications

About you

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
  • Current Driver’s license and insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Australian Federal Police Check
  • NSW Working with Children’s Check
  • Willing to travel between Carlingford, Lidcombe, Auburn, Strathfield, Burwood, Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs

The starting hourly rate is from $39 per hour, plus shift loadings and superannuation. Ongoing support is provided by our Care Coordination Team, including trained nurses.
