Job summary

Benetas is seeking Personal Care Workers (PCWs) for casual roles at Gisborne Oaks, Gisborne VIC, to support over 100 residents with compassionate, person-centred care across AM, PM and night shifts.

Casual opportunities offer flexibility and variety. The not-for-profit organisation provides 37–40 AUD per hour, with 25% casual loading and salary packaging up to 18,550 AUD per annum, plus ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of or current study in Cert III or higher in Individual Support/Aged Care or related qualification
• Experience in an aged care environment
• A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for all backgrounds and orientations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
