Bakers Delight Lanyon is looking for a Casual or Part-time Daytime Sales Assistant to join our friendly team. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and help keep the shop running smoothly during daytime hours. No experience?

No worries—training is on the job. You’ll need to be reliable, friendly, and comfortable working 7am to 4pm on weekdays, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and bake in a busy bakery.

Love the smell of freshly baked bread? Can you serve up a smile faster than we can butter a roll? We’re on the hunt for a Casual or Part-time Daytime Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at Bakers Delight Lanyon.

We’re looking for someone who:

Values great customer service (like, actually enjoys talking to people).

Isn’t afraid of a little flour and can stick to cleaning routines.

Can smash sales goals and make it look easy.

Has a strong work ethic and can work both solo and as part of a team (we’ve got your back, but we need you to have ours too).

Availability:
You’ll need to be available some weekdays between 7am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Whether you want Part time or Casual, we’re flexible if you are!

No experience? No worries!
All training is done on the job. All you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and maybe the ability to resist eating all the bread (or at least pretend to).
