Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking casual OSHC Educators to join our team and provide engaging after-school care across local areas. Roles available now, with flexibility to manage your schedule via our app. Shifts typically run from 2pm to 6pm, offering practical opportunities to gain experience while supporting children and families.

No qualification required, but prior experience with children is essential or you may hold relevant certs. Stateswide WWCC and basic training recommended.

Qualifications

• No qualifications needed but experience working with children is essential.
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area.
• Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs.
• Understanding of the My Time Our Place Framework.
• Australian work rights.
• Willingness to gain your state-based Working With Children Card and Food Handling Certificate.
• Committed to Child Safeguarding and Mandatory Reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising primary school aged children in outdoor and indoor activities.
• Assisting other staff in engaging in programs that are both fun and educational.
• Setting up outside of school clubs and activities.
• Offering a safe and secure environment.
• Liaison with carers and families.
