Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking casual OSHC Educators to join our team across Concord and surrounding suburbs. Shifts run 2pm–6pm, with a flexible schedule you manage in the Randstad app.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is essential or you hold relevant qualifications.
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area.
• Ability to implement engaging, activity-based programs.
• Understanding of the My Time Our Place Framework.
• Willingness to gain Working With Children Check and Food Handling Certificate.
• Commitment to child safeguarding and mandatory reporting.
• Willingness to complete national child safety training.
• Provide contact details for two referees who can speak to your ability to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising primary school aged children in outdoor and indoor activities.
• Assisting other staff in engaging in programs that are fun and educational.
• Setting up outside of school clubs and activities.
• Offering a safe and secure environment.
• Liaison with carers and families.

Skills

Experience working with children

Certificate IV in Education Support

Certificate IV in school aged education & care

Certificate IV in Children's Studies 4-14 years
