Figtree Optometrists in New South Wales is hiring a Casual Optical Dispenser to help patients find eyewear solutions and deliver outstanding service. You’ll assist with frame and lens selection, share product knowledge, and work with a friendly team to create exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused optical or retail experience preferred.

About the Role

As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play a key role in helping patients find the right eyewear solutions to suit their vision, lifestyle, and personal style.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
• Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
• Developing product knowledge and confidently recommending eyewear solutions
• Working collaboratively with the team to create outstanding patient experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has optical and/or retail experience (preferred)
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Learns product knowledge quickly and enjoys sharing it with patients
• Is enthusiastic, friendly, and a strong team player
• Is available to work across Monday to Saturday as required
