Inner West Council is seeking a Casual Operations Supervisor to assist with the efficient operation of our aquatic facilities. You will oversee pool operations, conduct water quality and maintenance checks, maintain records, and deliver high-quality customer service while supporting safety compliance.
Working alongside the Operations Team Leader, you’ll help ensure safe patron experiences and compliance with relevant legislation.

In the Casual Operations Supervisor role, you'll assist with supporting the safe, efficient and effective operation of Council’s aquatic facilities. Working alongside the Operations Team Leader, you’ll oversee pool operations, conduct water quality and maintenance checks, maintain operational records and reports, deliver high-quality customer service, and support compliance with relevant legislation and safety requirements.

$38.01 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation
