Job summary

SOS is seeking passionate, casual OOSH educators to provide safe, nurturing care for children before and after school. You will create a stimulating environment and develop learning activities that are fun and educational, benefiting each child's growth.

Must hold current First Aid and CPR certification. We offer induction, ongoing training, and nationwide opportunities in a supportive team across communities.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Experience in childcare or OOSH settings is desirable.
• A passion for inclusion and child development.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our OOSH services.
• Develop and implement programs that promote children's learning and development in a fun, engaging, and educational way.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels respected and valued.
• Engage with parents and guardians to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and centre leadership to deliver high-quality education and care in our OOSH programs.
