Job summary

Holmesglen Institute is seeking a casual Lecturer – Nursing (Marking and Assessment) at Moorabbin Campus. You will mark student assessments using rubrics, provide clear feedback, and support consistent academic standards across the Nursing program.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and a Bachelor of Nursing, with a postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related specialty. The role offers onsite work and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience marking student work against established assessment criteria.
Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to students.
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Mark allocated student assessments using marking guides, rubrics and assessment criteria.
Provide students with clear, constructive and relevant feedback that aligns with assessment requirements.
Apply marking criteria consistently and fairly across submissions.
Participate in moderation activities and marking briefings.
Identify and elevate academic integrity matters to the Subject Coordinator.
