Job summary

Strikeforce AMC is seeking a Casual Merchandiser for the Hardware Team in Rockhampton. You will work across assigned stores, merchandising products, managing stock levels and implementing planograms to the client’s standards.

You will travel within the territory and may be required to travel outside the area on occasions. The role requires you to be over 18 with Australian working rights, hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a smart device for reporting.

Qualifications

• Over 18 with Australian working rights.
• Live in the advertise area or surrounding suburbs.
• Current State Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 16 kg.
• Own smart device for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow OH&S guidelines.
• Stock management (levels, placement, ticketing) per client expectations.
• Planograms/Relays – executions & compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Accurate reporting using own smart device.
• Time management to work under pressure.

About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store/s representing a full range of high-profile clients. You work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores & also work with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You will need to have aflexible approachas work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
• Planograms / Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements
