Nestlé in Benalla VIC is seeking a Merchandiser for a casual role (1–2 days per week). You must have an unrestricted driver’s licence and your own vehicle, as travel is a big part of this role.

In-store you will represent our iconic brands across the Grocery channel, building displays and securing space. You’ll partner with Store Managers to deliver strong commercial outcomes, follow a weekly plan, and may have extra hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• A hands‑on approach – comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work.
• Lives locally and can work independently on the road.
• Organisation and safety focus with drive to deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Hit the road and represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Build displays, secure space and drive in‑store standout.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

• Take ownership of your day, supported by your Territory Sales Manager.
