Job summary

Nestlé is hiring a Merchandiser in Keilor, VIC. This casual role covers Wednesday to Friday, 12–18 hours per week, with potential extra hours during peak times. You will travel to represent Nestlé across grocery channels, build displays and drive in-store execution.

You'll partner with Store Managers, follow a weekly plan, and work with a Territory Sales Manager for support. A driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential for this on‑the‑road position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships.
• Live within the local area and able to work on the road.
• Hands-on, can lift/move/display fixtures.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé across Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Build displays, secure space and drive in-store execution.
• Partner with Store Managers to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
