GMHBA Limited in Victoria is seeking a warm, organised Medical Receptionist to join our team in a casual role. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming experience and supporting clinicians to keep the hub running smoothly.

Greet patients, manage appointments and inquiries, handle records and billing, and assist with daily operations. We value great communication, reliability, and a positive, can-do approach in a busy community-focused health setting.

• Experience in medical/dental reception (desirable).
• Experience with practice systems (EXACT or Best Practice preferred).
